I started my first product based ecommerce back back in 2016, called The Dapper Dog Box. I made 1.2 million mistakes with that business, despite scaling to from 0-thousands of customers and making hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue in 2.5 years. In 2019 I sold the business and today, MARCH OF 2024 I am officially starting my next product based business and I cannot wait to share the top 10 things I would do differently next time.
